Personal- A personal license includes the custom item, full permission, without the ability to resell the item, or use it for commercial purposes. I can do what I see fit with the item, as I still have full rights on the creation.

Commercial- A commercial licence grants you the ability to use the item for most commercial purposes. such as: ads, logos, pictures, in your own items. You may NOT resell the item. I can no longer use this item as I see fit.

Resell- A resell license gives you the rights to use any MODELS in whichever way you see fit. Scripts may NOT be posted open source, or given away as freebies. You can resell the item. I no longer have rights to sell, or display this item, unless specified.

-I WILL NOT WORK WITH RIPPED CONTENT, OR CONTENT THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE. PLEASE MAKE YOUR OWN MODELS, OR LET ME MAKE IT FOR YOU. 

Payment is determined using an estimate. I will determine approximately how long an item will take to create. The estimate is ONLY based off of the hourly fee (no add-ons etc). A 50% payment on the ESTIMATE, and prices of other items needed to complete the project is required before the start of the project. Once completed, all upload fees, add-ons, and the estimate+-actual time difference, are totaled up.

If the project can not be completed, on MY end, the deposit may be refunded (not including any item purchases needed to complete the project)
